Remote Indicating Tank Contents Gauge with either Internal or External Transmitter

Appliaction

• Used mostly for storage tanks containing fuel oil, water or slurries.
• The transmitter is fitted at any suitable position as near to the base of the tank as possible, thus indicating the contents of liquid above the transmitter position.
• Indicators are graduated in fractions or 0-100%, litres, gallons, tons or m3.
• 100mm or 160mm dial size.

General Description  

The Instrument operates on the hydrostatic principal, where pressure due to head of liquid is sensed by the Transmitter Head and transmitted via capillary tube to the indicator giving a continuous level reading.

The gauge is suitable for installation on any shape or size of storage vessel that is freely vented to atmosphere.

A 3/4”bsp male/male self closing valve is supplied with ‘B’ type transmitter to allow removal of the transmitter without loss of liquid.
